i was so ashamed,all alone and so far away. but now i know that He's been waiting for this day..

this morning i went to the optician cos last night my specs broke at 3 am when i woke up. haha. yes, it was exactly 3am, ignoring the seconds. found out that the disparity between both my eyes is 200. according to the optician, it's quite a lot. so now my left eye is 550 degrees and right is 350. i got new glasses. it's rectangularish, or a better word to discribe it is angular. yup. quite nice lar. the first one that mum chose was too big, which made me look like some idiot. haha. so the assistant assisted me in choosing one that is smaller as i was indeed in need of assistance. hah. what a funny sentence. alright. i better get back to my book. yeps. went to the library yesterday. borrowed three books, two of which are by the same author. the other one is about home decor and colour scheme. nice books. at least i can get an idea of how my future studio apartment would look like. if you every ask why i want to live in a one room studio apartment by myself, my reason is that i like solitude. not that i'm anti social or anything, it's just that i like being alone at home. yup. of course friends are always cordially invited. heh. i've yet to decide on the colour scheme of my house. i thought that cream, plum and deep plum would be nice, sweet and feminine. but since when have i been feminine? hah. or maybe i should use bright summer colours like orange and yellow, with a tinge of green. after all, it's summer all year long in singapore. anyway, all these can be decided on in a few years time. however it's good to start early. meanwhile, as i said earlier, it's time to get back to my book, entitled 'what happened to lani garner' by carol plum-ucci. it's quite a weird book. well, at least the characters are, and it has quite a creative plot. bye! wish me happpy reading! hehh.
