i was so ashamed,all alone and so far away. but now i know that He's been waiting for this day..

my whole body hurts.

i think i've got three so-called ulcers in my mouth. one on the top left, one on the top left and the other at the bottom in the centre. i'm not sure if they're called ulcers cos there aren't any lumps or bumps. it's just very painful. sort of like a stinging sensation and it hurts so badly. maybe it's heatiness. sigh. i just drank about 1.5 litres of water. and now i'm so full. bleah.

my neck and shoulder and my legs hurt too. the other day i didnt sleep properly, in some awkward position, which made my neck and shoulder ache badly. sigh.
